IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR IMAGE CONTRIBUTIONS. THANK YOU!)
The A2008 Crew would like to welcome image submission from you, for display at the A2008 Gallery in the Glass Hall. The images can be submitted in the form of colour prints (on photographic paper) or electronic images. We would ill-advise against sending original photos or negatives, neither low-resolution copies would be accepted. Please include the following details with each image:
- photographer's name, mailing and email addresses, and contact number
- date, time, and location at which the image was taken
- camera and telescope used
- camera description
- telescope or lens aperture, focal ratio and model
- exposure time(s), ISO settings, and filters used (if any)
- any other interesting information
Please do not write directly on the back of prints because damage to the face (such as indentations and ink marks) will make it undisplayable.
If you are submitting digital images, please send TIFF or JPG files to the A2008 Crew via email.
Please include image data as a separate read.me file. Please note that photos and disks may not be returned. Images may also be considered for the A2008 web site usage.
